Our 90-minute Customized Medical Massage is a results-focused therapeutic session designed to help relieve chronic pain, deep muscle tension, posture imbalance, stress-related tightness, and restricted mobility through a highly personalized approach.

Unlike traditional full-body massages that distribute time evenly throughout the body, this session focuses more deeply on the specific areas causing discomfort. Each treatment is customized based on your body condition, pain patterns, posture habits, daily work routine, muscle tightness, and circulation.

Your session may include:

• Pain-focused therapeutic massage
• Deep tissue & trigger point therapy
• Muscle tension release
• Stretching & mobility work
• Posture & body imbalance assessment
• Lymphatic circulation support
• Customized pressure adjustment
• Hot towel therapy
• Scalp, neck, shoulder, lower back, or hip-focused corrective work (as needed)

Because this therapy focuses on releasing deeply restricted muscles and chronic tension, some soreness or discomfort during and after the session can be normal. Pressure is always adjusted based on your comfort level.

Medical Massage is different from a regular full-body massage because it focuses specifically on areas of pain or discomfort.

For example, Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue Massage usually distributes the session time more evenly from head to toe. Medical Massage, however, is more targeted and focuses on the specific area causing pain, tightness, or limited movement.

Because this therapy is focused on pain relief and deep muscle tension, some discomfort during the session can be normal. This does not mean the massage should be unbearable. If the pressure feels too strong, please let your therapist know right away so we can adjust it to your comfort level.

Depending on your body condition, muscle tightness, circulation, and sensitivity, you may experience temporary soreness or light bruising after the session. These reactions can happen after deeper therapeutic work and usually fade naturally over several days.

However, if you are taking blood thinners, have a bleeding disorder, have a history of blood clots, or bruise very easily, please let us know before your session so we can adjust the treatment safely.

Wow… my experience with K-Body Spa was unlike anything I’ve experienced. Traditional Korean massage at its finest with Judy. Extremely welcoming environment, and Judy was an expert. I was a difficult client with muscle tightness and I left there feeling relieved and mobile. Adding this to my fitness lifestyle.

By far one of the best massages in my life. I work out a lot but I also neglect to stretch a lot of the time so my body is very tight. Let me tell you Judy knows what's she's doing. She released so much tension and stress from my body. It was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be going back again.

This was the best experience I've had in a long time! I deal with pain from head to toe, and I told Judy just how much pain I was in. She definitely understood the assignment! 😂 It wasn't for the weak, but I walked out feeling amazing.
